SUPPLIERS' AREA

MLM Distribution Ltd, trading as Montague L. Meyer / Anglo Welsh Timber Company / William T Eden (“MLM”), will apply one of several Supplier Purchasing Terms and Conditions variations to it’s purchasing activities, dependant on the type and scale of supplies and / or the Supplier.

All current versions of MLM’s Supplier Purchasing Terms and Conditions are those issued in January 2010.

The relevant Supplier Purchasing Terms and Conditions applicable to a Supplier will be detailed in a letter to the Supplier and / or on the relevant order placed by MLM with the Supplier. All orders placed with the Supplier by MLM will remain subject to those specific Supplier Purchasing Terms and Conditions.

In general terms the applicable Supplier Purchasing Terms and Conditions will be determined as follows:

1. Goods Supplier (Gold):  Applicable to major Suppliers of general stock products, and to Suppliers of bespoke / high value goods generally intended for demanding end-user applications.
2. Goods Supplier (Bronze):  Applicable to all other goods Suppliers.
3. Services Supplier: Applicable to all Suppliers of services related to goods, including cutting, laminating, treatment and all other value-added activities.
